Holiday Orders FAQ 2020
Recommended order placement deadlines for holiday items starting December:
- Standard international shipping: December 1st
- Standard US/UK domestic shipping: December 7th*
- Express US/UK domestic shipping: December 11th*
Delivery time formula during the Holidays:
Quality Check: up to 24 hours
Quality Checks can last up to 24 hours for newly created designs.
Production time: 4 – 10 days
Production time can take between 4–10 days. Production time depends on the print provider.
Holidays and high-volume seasons may cause production times to be slower than the listed average.
Shipping time: 2- 7 business days
Typically, shipping takes 2-7 business days. However, most shipping companies do not work during weekends, and things like strikes, severe weather conditions, flight delays, increased volumes, and other unforeseeable issues may cause an increase in shipping time.

Is making changes after placing an order possible?
Production is a streamlined process, especially during the busiest season of the year. Printing facilities can’t cope with individual last-minute changes or cancellations. Therefore, if an order needs to be changed or cancelled, this can only happen before midnight PST on the day of purchase.
Avoid large orders from December 1 – 16
What is a large order?
December is an intense time for Print Providers as well. You should be aware that orders with 10 or more products may encounter production delays during peak times of December 1st-15th, and risk delivery in January.
No reprints from December 11 – 31
We are automatically refunding defective orders from December 12th-31st – we thought it’d be better to reimburse than to leave someone without a present under their Christmas Tree.
Note: To receive a refund, you will need to share your images of the defective items.
